Heather Neeraja leads kirtan in the tradition of Jai Uttal, Krishna Das, and others, blending in her own unique style that welcomes the elements of harmony, english words mixed with sanskrit mantras, bhajans, and sublime moments of silence, prayer and meditation.
Word sheets are provided and some teachings are given in order to deepen our connection to Nada Yoga, the yoga of embodying sacred sound.
This practice is dedicated to the awakening and happiness of all beings!
